Modern Survey Team Member Roles

• Account Managers
| Account managers supervise
business relationships and ensure that client needs
are met. As client advocates and as liaisons to our
team, account managers play an important dual role and
collaborate at all levels within our organization. Account
managers have the breadth and depth of industry expertise
to influence sales, relationship management protocols
and company strategy. |
• Consultants
| Consultants work directly with client
teams to help them analyze business challenges, define
gaps and design plans for improvement. In addition,
consultants may provide organizational change management
assistance, technology implementation and strategy development.

• Executive Support Personnel
| Executive
support personnel assist senior management and executives
with a variety of administrative tasks and play a vital
role in sustaining smooth business operations. Ingenuity,
attention to detail and follow-through across a wide range
of responsibilities are key characteristics that foster
success throughout our organization. |
• Human Resources & Office Management
| Human resources and office management
play a critical role in planning, organizing and maintaining
the administrative function. In addition, this department
manages all aspects of business accounting and works
closely with the executive team to manage recruitment
strategies, performance evaluations, and oversee employee
relations, record keeping and all areas of compensation
and benefits. |
• IT Specialists
| IT specialists ensure the integrity of our systems
and provide skilled technical support. Their responsibilities
may also include designing, implementing, testing and
maintaining complex technical systems and web-server
production environments. |
• Marketing & Creative Specialists
| Responsible for developing tactics against the marketing
plan, this team creates and maintains a variety of marketing
messages, collateral and tactical sales tools that distinguish
and promote the company in the marketplace and consistently
display key brand platform features across all communications
venues. |
• Product Managers
| Product managers design and manage all product features
and lifecycles. Experts in the HR and customer measurement
industry and cognizant of the changing, competitive
landscape, they apply a depth and breadth of industry
knowledge to create and refine product features and
benefits. |
• Sales Associates
| Seasoned sales associates understand the industry
and exhibit enthusiasm by actively identifying and capitalizing
opportunities that strengthen the client base. Working
closely with account executives and product managers,
they evaluate and respond to the needs and desires of
the marketplace, demonstrating tools and services that
drive value within the ever-changing industry landscape.

• Service Delivery Specialists
| Focused on delivering client
service excellence, this robust team is comprised of
several departmental layers. From project managers to
support personnel, this powerhouse team is driven by
discipline, planning and organization; creating successful
outcomes derived from the most complex project goals.
The service delivery team has a comprehensive understanding
of project requirements and the specified tools and
services, and uses industry best practices and the detailed
management of scope, performance, time and budget to
deliver results. |
• Software Developers
| The development team is
the brainpower behind our proprietary, next-generation
technologies that regularly enhance the industry. In
addition, this team ensures the integrity of existing
systems through regular maintenance and upgrades. |
• Internships
| Internships
