Tucson Medical Center chooses Modern Survey to measure Employee Engagement
July 15, 2008 (Minneapolis) - Tucson Medical Center has asked Modern Survey to measure its current level of employee engagement across the entire healthcare organization. TMC’s goal for this project is to gain a better understanding of the current levels of engagement among its employees and to compare those levels to the healthcare industry as a whole.
Using Modern Survey’s research driven Engagement Model and ‘on-demand’ normative data, this company-wide survey will be conducted during the fall of 2008. In partnership with Modern Survey, this will be TMC’s first company-wide survey conducted entirely on the internet. Previous employee opinion surveys were conducted using paper and pencil. This process yielded a lower than desirable response rate and took months to report the results. By utilizing Modern Survey’s m/research survey tool they predict a dramatically increased response rate with an ongoing participation monitor and report delivery turnaround within days of project close.
With the ability to collect employee opinions using Modern Survey’s research proven Engagement Model, expert consulting services, and ‘on-demand’ norms, this project will create a more efficient benchmark for a cost effective and successful employee survey.
