Modern Survey President to Present at SHRM

Don MacPherson Will Lecture on the Subject, “360-Degree
Feedback, Avoiding Spin and Adding Value to the Organization.”

October 1, 2006 (Minneapolis) - Modern Survey President Don MacPherson will be a featured speaker at the Minnesota State Society of Human Resource Management annual conference. His lecture is set to take place on October 16 at 4:30 p.m.

MacPherson will present an interactive and intriguing view of best practices for 360-degree feedback, ways to avoid “360-degree Spin” and guidance on how to aggregate the data for use at an organizational level.

MacPherson will suggest data can be used beyond the standard developmental purposes for individuals. He will present a method for analyzing data at an organizational level in a way that identifies opportunities for improvement, organizational strengths and guides the development of larger initiatives.
